Your Data may be required to prepare proposals, order forms, install Cautio’s devices and render/continue rendering services. We may collect, process and store content captured vide our devices, to facilitate the rendering of our services. We may use your feedback to improve our services.

Privacy laws in your jurisdiction may apply to your use of our devices and services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with applicable law when you use our devices and/or services. For instance, you may need to display (if applicable) an intimation /notice/consent notification that alerts individuals that you are using our devices and/or services, for a specific purpose. Capturing, recording or sharing video or audio content that involves other individuals, or capturing other individuals; facial feature information, may affect their privacy rights.

When you avail our services and interact with our devices, we may obtain/access certain information through automated means, such as cookies and server logs. We may use cookies to enhance the user experience and for authentication purposes; to facilitate the ability to administer system performance, detect issues and improve our services.

• We collect ‘Personal Data’ which includes client’s name, phone number, email ID, organization name, to create user accounts wherein our clients can access relevant Data in regard to their fleet.
• We collect data from the devices and integrative services to facilitate administration of fleet activities, ensuring safety and improving operational efficiency.

We may use the Data obtained to:

• Provide our product and services to you.
• Create and manage your account(s) and profile.
• Personalize your experience with our devices and services.
• Administer fleet activities in real time.
• Generate actionable reports and alerts.
• Enhance AI -driven features for the security and safety of the fleet.
• Facilitate operational efficiency.
• Correspond with you (including intimating you with offers and other updates about our devices and services) and provide customer support.
• Perform analytics (including market and consumer research, trend analysis, financial analysis, and anonymization of Data).
• Administrate career opportunities; including for candidate recruitment and human resource purposes.
• Comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards and policies, including this privacy policy and any applicable terms of service.

We also may use the Data we obtain about you in other ways for which we may provide specific notice at the time of collection and obtain your consent, if required by applicable law.

Cautio does not sell or otherwise divulge your Data, except as provided for in this privacy policy. Your contact information, phone number, email ID and organisation name are gathered by Cautio’s sales or business team and shared merely with the tech team responsible for your account/profile creation. Access from the video telematics devices annexed to the client’s fleet, can be viewed by (i) you and (ii) our engineering and support team.

Cautio reserves the right to transfer or share any Data, we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a merger, acquisition, joint venture, reorganization, divestiture, dissolution, bankruptcy or liquidation) or as authorized by law.

The Data obtained through our devices and services is stored securely on cloud servers which are hosted in data centres complying with industry security standard measures and protocols.

Cautio maintains administrative and technical safeguards envisaged to protect Data against unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use -

• Data is encrypted in the servers and accessible through authorised channels, including our web or mobile applications and client-side APIs.
• Content captured by the devices are shared from our platform with you, for the duration for which the video streams are requested.
• Content captured by the devices are stored securely within the devices in a format that is readable solely by the firmware.
• Strict administrative guidelines, rules and channels are created to facilitate authentication of access requests.

Cautio offers you certain choices in connection with the Data we obtain about you. To update your preferences, limit the communications you receive from us, or submit a request, please refer to the How to contact us? section of this privacy policy.

• You can access all personal Data through the web/mobile applications and the client APIs.
• You can modify your personal Data through the web/mobile applications and the client APIs.
• You can request for the content captured from the devices during the pre-determined timeline, through the web/mobile applications and the client APIs.
• You can request for deletion of any part or the entirety of the Data by contacting Cautio.
